Tennessee Resale Certificate

If you are located in the state of Tennessee and you want to be tax exempt for the purposes of resale, you must open and print the Blanket Certificate of Resale PDF below and fax a copy of your exemption form. Without an exemption form on file, we must charge you TN state sales tax on your purchases.

If your company is located in another state, we request a copy of your state's completed exemption form in case a situation demands that you pick up your material from Southern Tool Steel. Please do not fill out the form below, as it pertains only to those customers in Tennessee.
